Notice is hereby given that in terms of section 10 of the city planning and land use management by-law, 2019 read with clause 32 of the ekurhuleni town planning scheme,2014, i/we the undersigned, teboho mailula have applied to the city ekurhuleni metropolitan municipality, for special consent to use erf 927 moeketsane extension1and the existing/proposed building thereon for the following proposed tavern.
The land is zoned "residential 2" in terms of the abovementioned town planning scheme.plans or and or particulars relating to the application maybe inspected during office hours at:
