• 3 Year National Diploma in Production Management or
• 3 Year National Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Civil Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
• 5 Years expereince in operations and production supervision

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Plan, organise, communicate and monitor the production process
• Ensure that production performance is in line with production requirements and targets
• Ensure that the production team comply with Health, Safety and Quality Requirements
• Identify and Implement areas of continuous improvements
• Production team supervision ( coach, communicate, lead and discipline and train)
• Maintain production section discipline
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Technical Aptitude( production processes)
• Attention to detail
• Achievement/Effort
• Leadership Orientation
• Willingness to work shifts when required
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
• Adhere to principles and values.
• Apply good governance principles.
• Maintaining effective relationships.
• Produce and maintain effective business results.
• Take responsibility and make things happen
